I believe that I will never be just a teacher. I am an educator, an awakener of minds in an ever-changing world. I am responsible for preparing youth to work, live and positively contribute in a context of constant change. I will demonstrate the advantages of technological advancement. I will encourage the recognition and appreciation of diversity and interdependence of the global world.
I believe that curiosity and inquiry are the foundation of any successful institution. My goal is to create an environment in which every child will develop a love for learning and discipline, through which, they will obtain the core knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
I believe that each student is unique and able to learn, adapt and grow both intellectually and socially. I believe that by developing personal relationships with my students, I can not only open their minds to the subject content, but also to the roots of honesty, virtue and leadership.
I believe I will be a success if, and only if, my students succeed. I must awaken their expectations, for this is my statement of purpose.
